Disc Brushes Steel Wire Filament
Disc brushes filled with copper coated steel wire are used for medium or heavy duty surface treatment, finishing, deburring and polishing. These brushes are widely used in the automotive, hydraulic and foundry industries and can be assembled on portable power tools or CNC machining cneters directly.
Multi-strand 1.0mm steel wires have aggressive polishing action. Brush filaments can be replaced by alumina oxide abrasive wire, silicon carbide abrasive wire or diamond abrasive wire with different sizes and grits. PP brush core with round central hole is durable and little weight.
