Abrasive Wire End Brushes
End brushes filled with abrasive wire are mainly used for deburring and polishing the surface or the gap of metal parts, grooves, the bottom of hole, as well as other deburring and polishing in industrial environment. These brushes can be directly installed on portable power tools or CNC machining centers.
Brush bristles can be available in silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, ceramics or diamond. Reguar filament grit can be available in 80#, 120#, 180#, 240#, 320#, 500# and so on. Brush dimensions and brush material can be custom made according to your requirement.
