Small end brushes filled with abrasive wire are mainly used for deburring and polishing the surface or the gap of metal parts, grooves, the bottom of hole, as well as other cleaning and polishing operations in industrial environment.
These miniature abrasive brushes can be directly installed on portable power tools or CNC machining centers.
Brush filaments can be available in silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, ceramics or diamond wire.
Standard abrasive grit includes 120#, 180#, 240# and 360#, other grits can be custom made from our material supplier.
