Twisted Wire Burr Brushes
Twisted In Wire Brushes-Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel Bristle
Twisted Wire Burr Brushes are perfect for deburring and polishing holes, bores, threads, pipes and cylinders.
For heavy duty cleaning purpose, these brushes have stronger steel wire stem and durable steel wire. Brush filaments are available in stainless steel wire or carbon steel wire. Wire diameters varied from 0.10mm to 0.6mm. Brush stem are available in galvanized steel wire with different diameters.
Brush construction : single stem, single spiral. Brush head with continuous tip or cutting tip for optional. Cutting brush end is suitable for assembling on hand power tools or CNC machining centers.
A various of brush diameters, stem diameters, overall lengths and wire diameters can be custom made.
